I might of missed it if you said it but do all those enchants still work with level 19 twink items? Cause 3.1 nerfed it.

I am fairly sure that all the enchants he linked still work post 3.1

+12 dodge on cloak requires a level 35+ item, but as far as I know Sentry Cloaks and other 19 rogue cloaks that have had the enchant pre-3.1 still have it. (and they function) I don't know about some of the other enchants but I think they still work.
