May want to add [Forest Buckler] as possible offhand. It's a loss of some armor and only one stamina, but a gain of four intellect compared to [Arctic Buckler]. The Artctic shield's spirit is ideal for regeneration, I swap it in when out of combat to recoup mana and enchant it with 4mp5/4hp5.

I'm still new to the whole Twinking thing, But now that im an enchanter Ive been able to do it alot better than I have in the past.

You mention using the enchantment, Enchant chest Exceptional health for the 19, bracket, but correct me if Im wrong but doesnt that enchantment require a level 35 item? if so, how does one use it on a level 19 twink?

Is it because your using it on blue instance drops? not sure if the item is considered higher level or if Im just missing something?

Inferno robe has an item level of 40 so you can put TBC enchants on it. It's the only level 35+ chest obtainable by 19 twinks.
