39 - Maximum Spirit Weapon?

what would be the 2h or 1h/OH that provides the most spirit? i'm trying to find the highest spirit weapon i can get on my mage but i'm not sure what it would be.

btw.. 1 spirit = 1 mp5 when not casting, if some weapons have mp5...

Highest spirit you can get is a Spiritchaser Staff of Spirit, +19. Unfortunately for me, though, I realised too late that Nimboya's Mystical Staff gives 15 spirit, plus a healthy amount of int and sp, making it potentially a better oomstick than a pure spirit staff.

i don't want spellpower/int/stamina, i am an arcane mage FC with the WSG staff +30 int at the moment. just looking for something to switch to when i lose the health/mana.

So according to this and providing 120 base int and spirit (without staff) on your char the Spiritchaser staff of spirit will give you 108 MP5. With your WSG staff (with 30 int enchant) you'd have 107 MP5 plus the 6MP5 from the staff so a switch is not worth it unless you enchant the 19 spirit staff with 20 spirit. Then it would give you 123 MP5 instead of the 113 MP5 from your WSG staff.

EDIT: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=4134 with 20 spi enchant will give you 124 MP5 so this one would be your best bet if you're Horde, especially as you don't have to wait for one to show up on the AH.

That's WSG against spirit staff? You forgot the 6 mp5 on the WSG staff. Then it's equal, with 30 int on the WSG staff WSG staff is better, with 20 spirit on spirit staff spirit staff is better.

Oh sorry. But still you have 30 int on the wsg staff so the spirit staff is only better if you enchant it with 20 spi. But I am quiet now and going home
