Best BoA shoulders

I'm planning on buying BoA shoulders for my rogue and I'm wondering which is the best for a rogue, Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders or Exceptional Stormshroud Shoulders?

I use the others.. cause i have not bought my "Best In Slot" shoulderds yet.

Stained Shadowcraft hands down. The exceptional stormshroud are only BiS for druid FCs

If you're gifted with emblems/SKSs and don't often use throw then get the Exceptional Stormshroud Shoulders, the Charmed Ancient Bow, the Stained Shadowcraft Tunic and drop the Deviate Scale Belt for Belt of the Fang while you get Nimble Leather Gloves instead of the Gloves of the Fang.

I don't recommend it though, as throw is a critical rogue ability in every setup - imo get the Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders and only switch the belts and gloves.
