I'm wondering if 12 dodge to cloak still works these days. I was thinking of trying it out on my warrior, but don't want to waste the gold on something that doesn't work.
It always worked - still do the tool tip is just wrong.
it a) can be applied to cloaks of any level ( regardless of how you obtained the ability to enchant it) and b) works for characters of any level
oh and even if it didn't you'd still wouldn't loose your money as the materials aren't used if you cannot enchant the item ;-)
12 dodge rating = 2% dodge, yet if you have more than x amount of dodge % it lowers to 1.5% =/ . Which is better? +3 agi is what my level ten twink has (see armory in sig).

Yes it still works I have it/tested it on my main which is a enchanter, its just a tooltip error

People usually say; "dodge for defensive, agi for damage"
personally I go with agi for anything that benefits from it and isn't a flag carrier.
