not having minor speed is not a good idea

with GoM procs and my play style, i have not really needed it. with 3.1 GoM nerf, i may have to reconsider having minor speed on at least one set of my boots.

does your playstyle include the escape of an EFC? or your FC running out of range?

without mount and aspect you can not support your FC when he runs out of range.
