19 Warrior advice desperately needed (Sorry if this is the wrong sect)

Hi everybody my 19 twinks name is Wsgpwned, The World of Warcraft Armory - Wsgpwned @ Kilrogg - Profile -armory link. I recently decided I wanted to return to wow and 19 twinking, and was fortunate enough to find that ruin has kept it alive all this time. Basically I want to be a viable, knowledgeable 19 twink warrior. It's been about 2 years since I've played so I'm sure I'm way behind on a lot of things. I've recently began farming heirlooms, and am working on my fishing hat and AGM. To my understanding Night Reaver with fiery is great for burst DPS, I'm debating between 25 agi and 15 str on BAR, and as far as what enchant to place on my shadowfang I'm completely confused. I was also wondering if 15 strength is a viable enchant for shadowfang/deadskull shield 7 stam combo. I'm just looking for any knowledge you guys are willing to put forward. (Best dps gear set, best blocking gear set, FC gear set, standard gear set, dueling, arena.) Once I know what is best I will perfect my gear very quickly and attempt to hone my skills so I can slowly, but surely, work my way into a good ruin guild. Maybe even a strong PM some day. I know there is a search function and I've been trolling this forum for a few days now. I just would love some personal imput and an active discussion, All advice is appreciated sincerely Wsgpwned

My 19 warr is still a work in progress, and Im definitely not an expert, but from just glancing at your Armory:
BAR with Crusader
BOA Shoulders and Leather chest with +4 stats (?)
Level Herb instead of Alchemy, and drop Engi for Skinning once you get the fishing hat
Put Fiery or Crusader (?) on the Shadowfang

these are more preference based, but i prefer 7 strength on gloves to 15 agi, cavedweller/5 strength bracers to beetle's. Fang chest over defias also. I guess chausses of westfall isn't an option... i rly dk which is better for a warrior fang legs or smelting. Most warriors already have an incredibly high amount of crit anyways, u can drop 1 or both of ur satchel gear for of the strength items too.

My warr is specced/geared with arenas in mind. I'd put sader on your BAR, or at the very least on your SF and switch to BAR w/ 25 agi on sader proc. LS is also a viable enchant for your SF but it's more arena-oriented. Shield w/ spike is crucial for when you pop shield block, does mad damage vs rogues/warriors/paladins and even hunters if you can keep them in range. BoA leather chest is a great place to pick up hit rating, as is simple pearl ring.

Hit cap is 5%, or 11... 7%, or 15, to be capped against nelfs, but most people don't bother with the extra 4 rating
