PS: To extend the aura of "inability to play this game" that many theorycrafters on this forum possess to IAT is to give your name a bad rep, as you would be completely mistaken.
Also PS: IAT is rarely wrong about theory, whether he can play or not. To argue his correct theory by calling him bad is to tell Darwin his Theory of Evolution is wrong because he himself would not be very competitive if it came down to it.

You can't dump it "suddenly" unless you're doing something like waiting outside the Flag Room to ambush. If you're on the FC to begin with you'd need to drop combat, but if you're doing something like waiting for the FC then I'd consider you wasting time, unless you have a good reason to not be on the FC.

You'd be surprised at how predictable players can be to make such a burst opportunity possible.

Like someone said earlier, Smite's reaver or buzzer blade would be your best bet (Non BoA).
Assassin's blade with 30sp wouldn't cut it anymore unless you can gear for hit otherways, or just use hit elixirs.
