Me, I am kind of twinking in moderation at this time, but I am also just kind of chillin’ until whatever makes in live comes into play.

basically, i’m not sure what to expect but, the way it looks on PTR, 19 is just going to be mini 80, DPS DPS DPS DPS and no HP/heals to deal with it.
It ultimately comes down to hp vs dps balance, and it’s effect on the community. If things are wildly out of balance, I can see myself twinking a lot less at best. If Blizzard removes some dps enchants and/or things are still balanced enough at 39, then I’ll stick to twinking full time.
Changes in 3.1 are very very good for all players and twink world, battleground more balanced, I know a lot of non twinks who hate twinks actually because of the overstuff especially in 19 bracket. There are casual players who love to play twink and they have no time for gathered professions 450, naxx enchants, run dungeons dozen times, etc…
I don’t think twink has to be reserved to players who spend all of their time in wow.

With these changes, melee could potentially lose 800 hp (Nethercleft/Libram/BoA), and casters could lose 600 hp (Spellthread/Libram/BoA).
We have yet to see if fishing boots will be affected for 19’s and 29’s.
19’s were definitely staying alive too long, but as many people fear, 39 and 49 could become very bursty. 49 is already very bursty as is.
i’m going to try to stay where i am, at 39, if i don’t like it (which i believe i will like it anyways) i might move to 19.
What upsets me most isnt that hp is going down, its that dps will be pretty much staying where it is(speaking of 30-39 bracket). God, i might give up WoW if i dont like the changes as twinking is the reason why i still play this game.
Well, I’ll just twink mainly in the 19 bracket anyways. the only effect I’ll end up being a part of will be the leg enchants. I think only one of my twinks has a libram so.. yeah.

Bursty is what makes this game cool that and CDs to counter act. totally content with the changes.
as a healer in both 39 & 49, i’m wondering how this will all play out. imo quick mobile heals might be best in 3.1. as of now, i’d rather play my paladin than my druid. guess we’ll see.

yea it was great pre tbc but that dosent mean it will be the same again, to many changes have been added since wow original and thease few stam nerfs wont take it back same way it was b4 imho

I would make an ap hunter dranei hunter and equip him with all old exploits that i’ve still got and stomp down all other hunters around.
blizzard keep it the way your doing the best job, no one can be overpowered everyone can be equal. do the level requirements in ptr to stop exploits

I am not sure if it is going to be a good thing or a bad thing in the long run. However, I do know that all my twinks can lose 450-900 hp and still be effective. As for the enchants….well, I will just adjust to it the way I have adjusted to everything else in the game. All the talk about people quitting are relying too much on gear and not enough on skill. I hope to see a burst in the 39 bracket. The more the merrier.
